So, as a big arcade racing fan and admirer of the work of Yu Suzuki, I always thought to myself that if anything was going to tempt me to give the whole Patreon thing on Teknoparrot, a try, it'd be once Sega Race TV became playable (Yu Suzuki's last game for Sega before he left). This just happened over the last couple of days, So tonight I thought 'fuck it, lets do it', and I am now a fully fledged Tekno Colonel.

Apart from the slightly wonky sound, it plays great, although I also seem to be getting an issue where the boost button makes the game crash. It's not 100% playable yet as apparently once you get past the 3rd race the game crashes.

I never ever got to experience this in the arcade and whilst it's not quite one of my emulation/arcade crack holy grails, it's certainly something that's been pretty high on my most wanted list of unemulated games for quite some time. Kind of crazy to think it's actually playable now...

I'm just playing this using an Xbox 360 pad, not my racing wheel, hence why there's a bit of oversteer going on. The game actually handles well with a pad like this, but my 360 pad has started to develop a bit of a drift to the left on it's L stick, which I have to compensate for now. sometimes it seems more noticeable than others.

Also, the announcer guy in this sounds like it might be the same one from the Sonic and All Star Racing Games.
