In todays video we finish our 3 part Lego City project with building some trees around the Lego City to separate it from the Amusement park. I took inspiration for the trees from the A-Frame Cabin. When I started planning this project, I walked around my Lego City studying each tree for fullness. We had the Birch from Birch Books, the entire Lego Tree House, and various trees attached to each modular building, each having a different level of complexity. In the end the A-Frame was the correct route. This project needed a lot of parts to be ordered to make all 26 of the trees. In my rendition, I did not copy the exact colors from the cabin trees, I instead used my general sense to free style order random shades of green and just hope it looked right. The trees took 4 hours to complete, but I did enlist help from my wife, for any single individual this would take at least 6 hours. The most exciting part in this video is we get to unveil the name of the amusement park. After a turbulent 4 years with our prior president in America, and me getting irritated by the mass expense it cost to build the Lego City. I came up with a name. Our ex-president owned a resort called Mar-A-Lago, and was often found golfing there and enjoying himself. That’s when it hit me to name the park, Mor-A-Lego. I used a small part of the Lego Ninjago City Markets set as inspiration to make the marquee with that name in the park entrance. It was a bit of a challenge to get the trees to all fit in such tight spacing, but in the end, the result was worth the fight. I am very proud of myself, for what has been accomplished in the city the last few days. I love how now the park seems distant to the city, and also by adding some big trees made a much needed pop of color for the city. As always please comment your thoughts down below.
