Todays Build is about how sets like the Star Wars Razor Crest can be like Pot. First you start off small with the $10 Razor Crest Microfighter set #7532, with 98 pieces. It has a Mandalorian minifig, and you think this is fine. Then you need something harder, so you buy the Lego Star Wars Razor Crest set #75292, with 1,023 pieces for $140. It came with the Mandalorian, The Child, Greef Karga, IG-11, and a Scout Trooper for minifigs. This seemed to be perfect and the end of the road. Plus you made a video declaring how the UCS isn’t needed. BUT…. Then you binge watch the Mandalorian again, and gained a new appreciation for the Razor Crest. Combine that with a Insiders 30% off sale and a fresh credit card, and then you buy the subject of todays video, the UCS Razor Crest set #75331, with 6,187 pieces for $450 out the door. This set comes with the minifigs of the Mandalorian, Grogu, Mythrol, and Kuiil with his blurrg. Unboxing the set we find that this set is broken into two individual boxes with stunning artwork. Each of the two boxes has two books, making a total of 4 books to get the build complete. There is a fairly large sticker sheet, as well as 36 bags, most of which has doubles. The build took over 16+ hours to complete, and was totally fun, until I realized that 12 bags make the turbines. Building the turbines got tiring and boring quick. But overall it had a really great build experience. In the review we compare its size to its smaller counterparts, then do a overall scan of the build and its external detail. Then continuing the review I show how the set comes apart, then go inside and show what immediate easter eggs I realize. I finish the review but putting the set back together. In the wrap up I go over all my pleasures with the set and how I’m really happy to have made the decision to tackle this set. As always please comment your thoughts down below.
