Sherlock Holmes VS Jack the Ripper (Part 4): Testimony and Sickert's Cane
53Part 4 of 16, of a walkthrough for "Sherlock Holmes VS Jack the Ripper". In this part, Watson returns to Whitechapel, where he gets testimony from three witnesses. He will use this testimony to make a timeline of Annie's murder, about a half hour from now.
Watson gets harnesses from the cobbler, which he gives to Dr. Gibbons in exchange for a cane. He also determines the pills found by the second victim are irrelevant to the case. He gives the cane to Miss Bella, who tells him that Dr. Tumblety frequents the Wasp's Nest Pub.
Finley gives a description of Dr. Tumblety, which Watson passes to the police. The constable confirms that they raided the abandoned building near the boarding house, trying to find a criminal named Bluto, but their search was halted by a gas leak.
Watson goes to the pub. The artist confirms that Dr. Tumblety went inside the locked door here. The bartender doesn't let Watson open the door, until Watson gets rid of a drunk journalist, who wants red ink.
