My last Skyrim RP series, "Way of the Warrior," was 4 years ago. But I have a hankering for another one. The difference between this one and that one is, Ko'Dargo is a very different sort of character from me and I definitely tried to bring that out in my play. The dominant features of Olaf Wuulfrith's personality for the purposes of this playthrough are merely that 1. he has a driving desire to join the Stormcloak rebellion, 2. he views Stormcloak soldiers as being much greater and more heroic warriors than they actually are, and 3. he feels very inadequate about his own capabilities in that direction. In fact he has no previous experience as a warrior: his previous experience is as a drunkard and animal skinner. He's naturally very cautious if not somewhat cowardly. However, he is absolutely determined to train himself to be a warrior and join the Stormcloaks or die trying.

He has a friend, Erik, in Rorikstead where Olaf used to work as an animal skinner. Erik wants to be an adventurer and Olaf hopes to convince Erik to join the Stormcloaks with him once they have some combat under their belts. Problem is, Erik is even more broke than he is and so Olaf needs to earn some money to buy Erik some crappy armor so Erik can join him on his probably suicidal quest.

In this episode, Erik torments some mudcrabs for practice, entirely accidentally fights several bandits, and has a few brief words about weapon maintenence with a strange Khajiit.
