Stardew Valley 202 :: Gold Clock
21Shipping many expensive farm products yesterday has earned us enough money for the gold clock! After tackling some farm chores, we head to the wizard's tower in the evening to build it! Amazing, we are finally going to get 100% completion! We still have some other goals in mind for our farm though!
After checking the television, we walk outside into another beautiful spring day! We check our crab pots before adding more hops to the kegs behind the silo. While trying to put a skeletal tail in the bone mill, we accidentally teleport ourselves with the mini-obelisk, oops!
When we were at the other side of the farm, we saw that our kegs have finished processing for the week! We grab some coffee beans and take our horse to the shed to fill up the kegs. We are only left with gold-quality beans, but it is still more profitable to turn them into coffee as compared to selling them!
Next, we head over to the crops where we pick the tulips! We keep the assorted flowers in our chest before going into town with a coconut. It is Haley's birthday today and if we see her, the coconut would be the ideal gift! In town, we pick up some seeds at Pierre's shop.
Pierre tells us that he wants to go for a walk, but he cannot leave the store unattended! We know he is lying since we have seen the store unattended when he is visiting the Ginger Island resort! In his shop, we also speak to the villagers going for the weekly prayer session at the altar of Yoba.
We spot Haley heading to the fountain and quickly stop her to give her her gift! Then, we head back to the farm to plant our seeds and interact with the animals. While planting tulips, we realise that we are 10 seeds short to fill the entire field! Bummer!
After we have petted all the animals and collected the truffles, we make another trip to Pierre's shop to buy more tulip seeds! We speak to George on the way and he is surprisingly caring towards us. A stark contrast from back in the day when we had just moved in!
At the Saloon, we also pick up some pepper poppers before returning to the farm! We keep Evelyn company for a while as she reminisces about her childhood. At the farm, we plant the tulips before travelling to Ginger Island! Alex seems quite happy to be soaking up the sun on the beach.
We collect some mangoes and bananas on our island farm! Before we leave, we speak to Birdie who tells us that she appreciates our presence. What a sweet old lady! We head back to our Stardew Valley farm to brew up more coffee in the kegs.
Then, we start heading to the wizard's tower! We see that the oak resin are done and collect them on the way. We also chop down a few pine trees, and clear some weeds! Once we have the gold clock, we will no longer need to worry about weeds or other debris.
Seems like the wizard is stalking the villagers! We leave him to his antics and go to the lectern to build our new clock. It is definitely not worth its hefty cost, but we need it for 100% completion! In the Cindersap forest, we chop down more trees before heading back.
It is already quite late at night! Still, we want to fill up the kegs for the rest of the week. We pick up some starfruit before using the mini-obelisk to get to the big shed! Even though we are on the brink of achieving 100% completion, we still need to make wine to fund our other crazy ideas!
After we are done, we see that the crystalariums of jade have finished processing so we head over to collect them! Going back to the farmhouse, we stop by the gold clock to admire its exquisite design. We store all our items away before going to sleep for the night.
