Stormland - VR Gameplay Oculus Rift S
15Intuitive! Nearly everything you do just feels natural. The controls and the world interactions are wonderfully crafted.
Graphically the game was very pleasing. Even on the Rift S while being used to an Index.
The games audio was mostly great. The voice acting was amazing. The background music did a great job of setting the mood. Some of the sound effects though were a little lacking. They sounded a bit peaky or over done.
It's hard to assess gameplay atm as I think I'm still technically in the tutorial but everything I've experienced so far has felt good and been fun.
Story wise, I'm very intrigued. A bit frustrated that no one listens to logic... plant loving robots.... grumble grumble Psycho AI grumble grumble I can't wait to experience more of what they have to offer.
Progression seems pretty interesting. I wish I had more of an explanation of that before I had to start picking potentially limited choices though. I like that we've got the plant based upgrade path as well as the fabricator crafting upgrades.
At this point I'm just left wanting more. I will be playing more of this and updating my thoughts as I go.
