When it comes to the presentation of Strategic Mind: Fight for Freedom, it borders on criminal how the voice overs are handled. The voice acting in this game is so bad that it makes the original PlayStation Resident Evil's "You, the master of unlocking" and "Hope this isn't… Chris' blood!" sound like the Royal Shakespeare Company. The British generals sound like they were recorded in Hungary, the Americans like they were recorded on Mars, and the lip syncing for the edited parts is even more painful to listen to.

There's no denying the game has terrible audio, but the visuals really manage to be worse. When observed from a great distance, the action on a hexagonal battlefield really improves. But every once in a while, things will get even worse, as the action will zoom in on your unit as it carries out whatever it is you've chosen to do. One question I have is why my tank is the size of a small city. How come the camera disappears into the landscape and won't reappear until a different unit is chosen using the shortcuts at the screen's bottom? The visuals are passable at most, and certainly not as good as the original Command & Conquer was twenty-five years ago.
