This video comprises some attempt(s) starting from Attempt #1 and culminating in the successful demo for the challenge of completing Sunlust's Map 02 'Down Through' from a pistol start, scoring all monsters, items and secrets and taking no damage whatsoever. There is commentary throughout the video, mostly recorded live as I played. Speedrunning the challenge has been saved for a future video --- in this video I play cautiously to minimise risk, but how many tries did it take me?

Yes folks it's been a while, but I like to spread out Sunlust content because very few (!) maps from this awesome megawad are mild enough to be played for No Damage. Dannebubinga has held back on the archvile count enough to make Map 02 doable --- however the need to do the plasma rifle fight late on makes for a nerve wracking experience. Hitscanners are sprinkled throughout; never oppressively, but I needed to be aware of their presence. Practising the archvile traps was mandatory but the placement of imps around the map and the mancubus below the blue key makes dodging tricky.
