This video comprises at least two demos (starting with at least one outtake and then the successful run) for the challenge of scoring all monsters, items and secrets on Doom 2's Map 17 'Tenements' from a pistol start with no damage taken, whatsoever. There is commentary throughout the video, mostly recorded live as I played.

John Romero certainly served up a feast of suffering for No Damage players with this level --- I did enjoy taking it on, especially with the tic counting Maths for making the poison crossings safe.

The map has many chaingunners and it was so difficult to figure out the best strategy that I changed my mind on a few details --- the video shows how my method evolved. Also in the outro we see how in 2019, when I did not yet have the tic counting technique, I picked up the BFG later in the route and dealt with the cacodemon and chaingunner closets near the blue key in an entirely different way.

Let me know in the comments what you folks think about the food and indigestion references in the video --- I always like to experiment with my content. As real life has gotten busier recently, it has become necessary to eat food while I record attempts at difficult Doom challenges.
