#Dis#Reality#Nightmare

This video comprises 25 demos (including 3 outtakes), mostly in clip form for the challenges of UV Max/Reality, NM Max/Reality and NM Speed/Reality for Ultimate Doom's E3M8 'Dis', including new World Record demos for all 3 disciplines. There is commentary throughout.

Episode 3's final map Dis is so short and sweet, I didn't want to bother with a slow cautious demo but went straight for the speedrunning jugular. There is just one big-ass hitscanner but she isn't very threatening, despite her huge frame and powerful chaingun. It is surprisingly easy get her infighting a cacodemon or baron without us taking damage, and easier still on Nightmare difficulty. Thanks to Keyboard_Doomer in particular for inspiring me with his previous record of 41.60 seconds for Nightmare Speed + Reality.

If Sandy Petersen had put some decorations around the edge of the arena that would have made movement harder picking up the ammo, so I'm glad the design is rather minimalistic.
