Super Metroid - Part 2: Start of Crateria
27Like what I said at the end of the previous video, Samus Aran now heads into Planet Zebes, where she spotted Ridley going towards with the baby Metroid.
The rest of this game will now take place entirely on this planet and its multiple regions. Starting with part of the Crateria region. This is actually the second time Samus has entered Zebes. Some areas here even have her go through quiet, but remixed versions of the very first areas of the first game.
The items I get in this video are the Morph Ball, two Missile powerups, and the Morph Ball Bomb.
After getting the Morph Ball, some of the areas Samus already traveled through at that point will now contain Zebes' native creatures and the Space Pirates.
I also get Crateria's Map Data.
After getting the Morph Ball Bomb, the Chozo statue that bared it comes to life and attacks Samus, you have to beat this thing before you can get out of that room. If you have Missiles, that will speed things up.
