This is a PROTOTYPE-- a game that didn't receive a full-fledged arcade release-- and I don't normally want to do them but this has a certain degree of notoriety to it that I gave it a go. This is a rather bad vs. fighting game with 9 different fighters sporting tattoos made of a magical ink-- an ink that gives you special powers! Each fighter gets the opportunity to assign a special move of their choosing to a single button, instead of having to perform a combination of joystick and button moves. The characters (who are digitally traced from live actors) haven't got any more fluid movements than Mortal Kombat (which this game obviously tried to compete with), and the sound in the game cuts out at times (which screwed up my narration in the video) gives you more indication that the game is unfinished. Sucks, but the one saving grace for the game is the INCREDIBLE PLETHORA OF FATALITIES! There's gory fatalities, oddball morphings, "nudalities", etc. Over 2,000 of them altogether! Kind of interesting to see them, which is really the only reason to give this game a shot. Suggested by YouTube user QUUHOD.
