Soccer game for the NEO GEO with both Tournament and VS. modes, with plenty of teams to choose from! Japan, USA, England, Holland, Korea, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, France, Spain, Argentina, Germany, Russia, Cameroon, Italy and Mexico (no Portugal?) are all selectable and in Tournament Mode you face some of them in Pool A, then others in Pool B (the survivors of matches within that pool). It's tough to remember all the functions for each button on offense and defense (OFFENSE: A- Shoot, B- Pass, C- Trick Play [which you use just as you get the ball; it can be a tricky shot or pass or something], D- Save; and DEFENSE: A- Steal, B- Intercept, C- Change Player, D- Save). You can choose to have the goalie be computer-controlled (do this-- but sometimes the goalie is very slow to recover for some reason) or manually. In VS. mode you can choose from 5 different stadiums-- 2 of which are a hardwood court and an outdoor basketball court!
