About this video: Everyone talks about how GPUs are much too expensive to purchase in 2018, but I personally don't think that is true. I think you can actually get a better deal on Nvidia GPUs in 2018. You just have to be inventive. Gone are the days of going on Amazon or New Egg and purchasing any GPU for your brand new system. Now, you've got to be more inventive.

Using the methods in that video, I came up with three incredible Nvidia GPUs that can match or even beat some modern 10 series GPU in terms of performance without breaking the bank when it comes to buying them.
First up on this list is the Nvidia GTX 980Ti. This is an awesome GPU, and it is most defiantly the best bang-for-your-buck GPU on the market. Being able to go head to head with many of the top Pascal cards, The 980Ti can be picked up for around $350.
Next, we have the GTX 760 4GB. Now, this GPU did come with a 2GB version. I would suggest staying away from that and purchasing a 4GB version of the card instead. This means that you will be able to use the card for a longer amount of time as games are requiring more and more VRAM every year. A 4GB Nvidia GTX 760 can be bought on Ebay from around $100 to $120.
Now, let's talk about the only brand new option on this list. It is a Nvidia GTX 1060. While this card may only have 3GB of VRAM, it is running the Pascal architecture so you can expect a performance boost from that. Look at bench marks though, the 980Ti is still better, so it may be worth saving up an extra $75 or so and getting one used over getting this card new with half the VRAM and worse benchmarked performance.
