I've been enjoying my time with the Hitman 3 PC VR port, the wonky VR implementation is almost identical to the PSVR version & exploring these sprawling levels as Agent 47 in VR can be a lot of silly fun BUT the recent PC VR launch was met with almost universal anger from the VR community and I wanted to share my thoughts on that today. In my previous Hitman 3 VR gameplay video I didn't touch upon many of the core issues that plague the game if viewed as a purely VR product; a lack of comfort options, no left hand option, no picking up or using any items in your left hand, blurry visuals, a bizarre throwing mechanic, poor collision detection, no room scale etc... the list goes on. I was too busy having a fun time and genuinely enjoying the Hitman 3 PC VR gameplay experience as it was so similar to what I had played on PSVR. However I wanted to come back to share my thoughts on the matter and deliver a loose, unscripted Hitman 3 PC VR review / Hitman 3 VR review directed purely at those who are looking to buy this for the VR ONLY... If you're looking for a true VR game then Hitman 3 certainly isn't that and its very difficult to recommend to VR only users.

That's not to say you can't have fun with Hitman 3 VR, I'm having a blast with it despite its many flaws and I'm sure there are more users out there who are of the same opinion. For anyone who wants to try this game in VR I would say grab a month of PC gamepass, if you shell out full price just for the VR mode you're destined to be disappointed. This Hitman 3 PC VR gameplay was captured using an Oculus Quest 2 airlink connection and isn't representative of actual Oculus Quest 2 gameplay, to play this on Quest you need a PC that's capable of running Hitman 3.
