These new VR mods are getting more and more interesting, one game I never expected to become a full VR experience is Life is Strange, a traditionally third person, story driven, choice & consequence game that plays more like an interactive movie. This Life is Strange VR mod is a genuine surprise to me for a few reasons, firstly it runs REALLY well (Life is Strange VR gameplay captured on Oculus Quest 2 airlink), secondly it looks gorgeous and thirdly this style of game translates almost perfectly into a relaxing, immersive, seated VR game. There is a huge degree of cutscene content/conversation in Life is Strange VR (that's what makes up the bulk of these games) but paired with the awesome visuals, some top quality performance and motion controls that aid the immersion this is one of the most surprising new VR games 2022 has provided so far.
