I returned to Hlaren but before I spoke to him I noticed that one of his guards steals glances at him every now and then. Those are not glances of someone keeping guard of their client, those eyes are of someone in love. I confronted her and asked for her thoughts and she truly feels love for Hlaren. This is great news! Nalvilie wants nothing to do with him but Nalvyna is right there! Seemingly there's an age gap but perhaps they can work that over?

Garisa wanted me to find a way to halt the Ebony mines in Caldera and so I left to find out how to do so. First, he wanted some incriminating evidence of misuse of the ebony. I found a ledger that could help and so I brought that back. Next, I am to put a stop to production. I could simply eliminate the head of productions and that would certainly halt things for some time but that is a last resort. So I found the slaver key and freed one of the better slaves.

Garisa was pleased and gave me his support. Fantastic. Next was Arbor and he did not want to give his support of course... until I asked around only to find that once again, the Telvanni were behind this. So I poked around further and seemingly Master Neloth has something to do with it. I then swam to Sadrith Mora and then it occurred to me that perhaps the first phase of my stronghold is done. I made a detour to Ald'ruhn and sure enough it's ready for phase two: Hire some guards.

I went to Percius who seemingly had good connections and said he would assist me after I freed a friend of his from the Vivec Hlaalu prison. I traveled to Vivec and on my to the Hlaalu prison, I snuck into the Hlaalu vaults and robbed them of their precious gems and gold. They are no friends of mine and so I am no friend of theirs. Take that. Anyway, I freed Percius' friend and he said the guards would be deployed soon Fantastic, phase two is underway and I teleported back to Sadrith Mora.

Continuing on I made my way to Tel Naga Tower and everyone wanted nothing to do with me. They wouldn't even answer my questions regarding Minor Arbor. I noticed a young Dunmer woman being held captive and the guard would not move from his position. So I forcefully moved him and it turns out he was guarding the daughter of Minor Arbor! I took down all the guards and freed her from that prison. After leaving her at the docks, I trained with my master and started my way back to Ald'ruhn.
