I left to find the next statue. I often forget that despite my time in Vvardenfell, the people in Cyrodiil are just as strange... if not worse. I was threatened by a Dark Elf who informed me that anyone near her ship would face her wrath if I came any closer. I wonder if she treats all folks who pass by like that? Setting that encounter aside I set out to find another statue. They could be in any ruin and I would not know unless I searched around for it.

Fanacasecul did not have the statue I was looking for. Before searching the entire ruins I ran into an Inn where the lady working there was looking for a certain wine. She claims that the wine is usually found in old forts. While I agreed to assist her in locating these bottles of wine that she wants, I will not derail from my current objective.

I took time to rest my body. These past few days have been a lot of movement, combat, and learning and I can feel it once more. My power has come back to me. It is a fraction of what it used to be but with time I can be mighty once more. After resting I came across Fort Virtue. Perhaps one of the wines is here? To my surprise, no.

Scamps are a deadly encounter for new adventurers. Especially if one isn't prepared to face them properly. More mages are roaming around than there were in Vvardenfell. Then again, the Arcane University is nearby and many mages would be drawn to its rich secrets. Vindasel is another ruin I checked out but before I could finish exploring it all I came across an individual named Umbra.

With her was the same Blade I found back on Vvardenfell! However, the individual carrying it exuded a dangerous aura. Every fiber of my being screamed to get away from this person. This was probably an encounter I would not survive. I ran as fast as I could and sought refuge in a town called Pell's Gate. I would not stay long for I had much to do.

Despite all the bandits, wolves, and mud crabs that stand in my way I would eventually find Culotte. Where I would fund the next Ayleid statue. Within these ruins, I took time to use magic. While I was never proficient with it during my travels in Vvardenfell I took the time to meditate on the few basic spells in my cell and have learned to cast them. Magic runs much stronger in Cyrodiil in comparison to Vvardenfell so I am able to regenerate my magic.
