The Oblivion Gates are opening, and pouring forth are the Devilish Daedra of Mehrunes Dagon. Destroy the Daedra, and save the continent of Tamriel, as well as all of Mundus!

One of my favorite games ever made.

Oblivion came out in 2006 on PC, PS3, and XBox 360. Made by Bethesda Softworks.

When wandering through The Heartlands, the area in the northern region of Cyrodiil, I stumbled across a Daedric Shrine. It was a shrine to Mephala, the God of Murder, Sex and Secrets. I was interested, to say the least. The worshipers told me I needed a Nightshade as an offering to Mephala. I was lucky that day, I had brought one for the intentions of suicide on a mountain peak. I jest, of course. Who would even consider that? I brought it for alchemy.
Mephala gave me a task, I was to throw the town of Bleaker's Way into disarray, and conflict. I was to murder the two clan leaders, who were easy to find. Nivan Dalvilu, a powerful sorcerer, and Hrol Ilfgar, a once-great Warrior. Finding the evidence to plant on them as well as learning their schedules was easy as well. They made no effort to hide anything. So open and trusting that it was quite easy to burglarize their houses, finding a Ceremonial Dagger with the Dalvilu family symbol on it in one's house, and finding the Ulfgar family ring in another. A truly simple and easy task.
I then walked right into their houses and killed them while they slept. Except not quite, they were both still very tough to beat, and I missed any vital areas. It was a fight with each, quick and quiet, no one heard a thing. I planted the evidence and waited.
Posing as a traveler I spread the news of the murder. No one suspected a thing out of me when they discovered the "evidence" I had placed.
With the town in chaos and fighting in the streets, I returned to Mephala. Mephala was ecstatic and gifted to me The Ebony blade, it had a Silence and Steal Health enchantment. Most excellent.
I left the Shrine to do yet more quests.
