Hey guys, Altered State here. Welcome back to another episode of The Evil Within 2. In this episode we find ourselves back at City Hall, but things aren't as scary and creepy as they were before. We feel safe and secure, knowing that Obscura won't be bothering us anymore on our way out. While we continue to take our time and loot our way out, there isn't much to be found other than a statue and a key which, are a welcome sight. We leave City Hall and chat with Kidman over the walkie. This time we get to see the perspective of what it looks like back in the facility on Kidman's side. She talks us through what to do next, and we tell her the killers' name. We spy the giant camera eye in the sky and figure that is where Stefano may have gone next, and we must find our way there. O'Neal tells us about a new exit in the Marrow we should find our way to, and warns us that he doesn't know what we might find down there. We begin chapter 6 and make our way back to the shack we emerged from at the end of chapter 4. When we enter, a new path opens up and we are able to investigate new areas of the Marrow. It doesn't take long to start finding enemies again. We find a key down a narrow hallway, then proceed the opposite direction, taking out more enemies using stealth. We proceed and enter a hallway filled with white goo, as if a washing machine was filled with too much soap and then exploded. Or something much more vulgar spewed it's white stuff all over the place. It appears harmless at first, until we enter a room, and a rather large creature emerges from the goop. It seems to have a snake like neck with a skull attached, and is dripping with the white stuff. We get the hint we need to sneak past it, but fail it almost immediately and resort to trying to run away from it. We manage to escape it, but when we we feel safe is when it grabs us. We shoot it in the face maybe, and it lets go and we escape again, but will most likely run into this thing again sometime. We enter a room and are accosted by another Mobius agent by the name of Yuki. She is the team psychologist so is able to tell we are telling the truth when we tell her who we are. We talk to Yuki for a bit, finding out some information, and trading her our own, before we end the episode. We will return to the surface next time and continue to track down Stefano in the search for our daughter, Lily.
