Hey guys, Altered State here. Welcome back to another episode of The Evil Within 2. In this episode we encounter the scary lady again, this time in a diner. She calls our name as we run away and find ourselves in the hospital setting again. This time we have a puzzle to solve in order to escape. We enter a lit room with four doors to choose. There is a mirror that reflects the room back at us, but slightly different. We see ourselves in our outfit that we wore in the first game, and one of the four doors is emitting a light, signifying the correct one to travel through. Getting through the second door is more difficult, as the scary lady is patrolling the room blocking us from getting to the mirror safely. We are seen once by her and try to confront her, but her grasp is an instant kill as she sucks the life from us. We try again and are seen again, but this time we manage to escape by picking random doors. It takes us a couple more attempts to get it right, but we eventually escape. Our safety is not long lived, as we exit the diner to track down a resonance part. Listening to the resonance point spawns another Guardian, which we are ill-equipped to deal with right now. This one seems stronger than the last one, as we seemingly pump it full of bullets, explosives, light it on fire, and pop its heads off with the sniper. It just won't die. We try running, but haven't cleared the streets yet and soon run into more enemies.The majority of the rest of this episode consists of us trying to take the guardian down, and failing over and over again as we run low on health and ammo. After many attempts we decide to try and take it down on our own time, instead of continuing to waste time recording our struggles. This will be the last episode for this week, and we will continue exploring the Business District after the holiday. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
