This is The Flintstones in the Higan emulator with HeSuVi virtual surround (IRC_1037). It's rather fitting that this generic platformer was based on the Flintstones license, as this game makes me Yabba Dabba Don't want to live anymore. Honestly, I'm surprised the AVGN hasn't done a review of this and the many other dreadful Flintstones games out there. I just can picture him in a Fred costume smashing the game cartridge into pieces with a club and then shitting into a pelican puppet. Then Mike Matei as the pelican says "it's a living".

Note that the Super Nintendo only supports Dolby Surround, the most basic form of surround encoding out there. It just copies the front audio to the rear speakers minus the DSP reverb. You don't really get HRTF with HeSuVi like you would with Dolphin, though it's still an interesting feature to note.

I really dig that Fragile album cover rip-off title screen, BTW.
