This is the famous D-Day mission from Medal of Honor: Allied Assault with OpenAL Soft's HRTF (IRC_1037 tables) through DSOAL. I've been waiting to do this video for a long time, and now that it's been over a year since the CMSS-3D release I finally have the excuse to do it. I even went through the bother of playing the game with the in-game volume as low as possible to preserve the dynamic range. While MOHAA's gameplay might be janky and tedious by 2019's standards, the sound design is just as phenomenal now as it was back in 2002. MOHAA even gains enhanced 3D positional accuracy with DSOAL over CMSS-3D (which was graded C) for even more binaural audio immersion.

I'm playing this with the sound driver fix linked below. Despite having full support for it, the developers actually forgot to ship MOHAA with any DirectSound3D drivers!
