Late Friday Vlog: Jurassic Park, Land Rover & Ocean Work In The City! (I Have 3 PAB Cups Of Brick!)
In todays vlog video we review two tiny sets, we build more in the Lego city, and we briefly discuss YouTube analytics. The first set of 2 is the Lego 30th Anniversary Jurassic Park Dilophosaurus Ambush set #76958, with 211 pieces and the second is the Lego Creator Land Rover Defender Classic set #40650, with 150 pieces. Reviewing the Jurassic Park set first we go over the tiny side island piece, like most sets in this range, it does come with a vehicle and a piece a land with sign. The set is $20 US dollars and a very good value as it comes with one dinosaur. The land piece with sign is cool and does feature an easy break off point to increase imagination and play. It does feature the printed can of Barbasol, with printed lid, and using a frog element in white for the shaving cream. It does have a real nice Dilophosaurus with working mouth, and the buildable jeep is really cool with the mini figure included. I wanted this set mostly for the Jeep, and I think it works good in the Lego City. Second the Land Rover is another neat build and it only $15 US. This set was purchased for the Lego city as well. The set features the Land Rover Classic Defender in yellow with a tropical themed minifigure with a pineapple print torso. Going into the video I show the brick I recently bought on my Lego haul and where we are going to be putting it. I start the work my deconstructing the MILS plates that are suppose to be portraying water. Once everything is deconstructed, we remove the MILS plate from the Lego Ideas Light House, and alter the MILS plate for the Lego Ideas Fishing store. Once this was done I started using brick to push back the edges of the beach and getting an even looking flow of water. Overall I think my work is coming along nicely. I love the three shades of blue and this will look incredible once done. If you like videos like this please Like, Share, and subscribe! Thank you for watching!
