THE CITY
Basso has now been saved from Northcrest's Keep and is able to give Garrett more jobs in the City.

So we do the following Basso Jobs:
- Shark Bait
- Fit for a Queen
- Casing the Cargo
- Poor Protection

The trap tile in Levack's office is actually pretty tricky to cross. You can't just crouch and walk or even swoop over it because apparently the trap can still hit Garrett. Just like I did in the video, you have to inch your way to it hugging the left wall so that you're almost already on it when you begin the swoop, so that the trap triggers when Garrett's at the lowest possible point during the swoop action.
Why Garrett couldn't just physically jump over the tile is beyond me. Many of this game's "challenges" could easily be bypassed if Garrett just had a jump button, could pick up glass objects other than the bottles specifically chosen to be usable by the devs, or if he could use the Claw's "rope arrow" ability outside of cutscenes.

You need to be careful when you climb the rope to the office when doing Casing the Cargo, because you're lit so bright when you climb and jump off the rope that the guards in the area don't even need to stare directly at you to spot you.

Oh, and did you notice all the ways in which the City has changed now that Orion's Graven are violently overthrowing the City Watch? Well, let me list you all the details; the guard patrols' skin texture in the Stonemarket district is now that of the Graven, and these "Graven" guard patrols have different dialogue to that of the old City Watch, which they repeat over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.
That's all the changes. Wow, the game conveys the civil war and times of change in the City so well.

Or maybe it's actually intended, subtle commentary on how new regimes tend to just repeat the mistakes of the old. The Graven took over the district supposedly so that people's lives would improve, but their patrols are the exact same as the old City Watch, so the power shift didn't actually affect anything. Very clever.
Or, am I giving the devs too much credit and it was actually just plain laziness on their part? YOU DECIDE!
