CLIENT JOB: SILENCE IS GOLDEN
Ector had hired another thief to bring him the voice box of his mechanical man, but that thief was captured by the City Watch before he could deliver the item to Ector, so now Garrett has to track down and steal back the voice box from whoever has it now.

The actual ACTUAL mission starts at 6:45.
I do cut out unnecessary travels through the City from the videos, but I guess getting to the mission location is part of the challenge and should be left in.

100% loot and collectibles.
If you fail the mission and have to restart it, Oxheart Perry will glitch out at the beginning and make the mission slightly trickier, like he did here, because I couldn't successfully finish the mission in the first go. He's supposed to say his lines at the start and then go away from his window and fall asleep, but if you retry the mission he doesn't say anything and will not budge from the window, and he CAN see Garrett from up there quite easily, except when he sometimes can't, so you should just swoop quick past the yard to be safe. The reason you can hear his lines in the video is because I added it in myself in post.

I recommend dousing the torch above the front door before you enter, because, really now, how would you leave the building unnoticed with the light still on? Unless, of course, you're a little shit and kill or knock out guards unnecessarily, in which case I would recommend you to not do that anymore.

That big box hanging above the basement could, I guess, be used to escape through the basement if you make it fall, but because the noise of it hitting the ground immediately alerts everyone in the level I've only ever dropped it once and never tested if you could actually climb on it, or if I have then you can't because I don't remember it working and I think I would if it did. Anyway, if you do want to alert everyone then you can just as well do that when leaving through the front door or something, no need for the box.

The chest in the basement and the safe in the vault are trapped and both traps are deactivated by cutting the wire in the box upstairs.

The guards in the hall will converse at least three times if not interrupted, each conversation being triggered when the patrolling guard returns to the main hall. The second conversation, which reveals the wallflower guard was actually in the City Watch before joining the Eelbiters, was skipped in the video due to my distraction messing with the AI. I actually got lucky the third conversation started when it did because it was the only thing stopping the guard from returning immediately, but I knew there was a chance it would happen so I risked it and stuck to steal the loot from the shelves.

You have to enter the vault once to trigger Perry to wake up and order the guards to change positions, that's why I entered it once before I could even open the safe.

Unlike with other doors, the AI will be alarmed if it detects that the vault door is open, so be careful with that.

I don't think the guard in the hallway will notice if you open the front door, but I do recall the guard outside spotting it and there's always the dog there too to cause trouble for you, so that's why I would recommend leaving through the window.

I hate the fact that the only way to pass missions stealthily in this game is to exploit the AI's stupidity. Sure, all video games' AI have shortcomings that players can exploit to make things easier for themselves or at least humiliate the "enemy AI" in a comedic fashion, but usually it's something not directly intended by the developers and is mostly avoidable, or if it was intended then there's at least some excuse for it. In this game, the guards' inability to detect a light being turned off if they're not directly in it or their inability to remember if the light in the room they were in 2 seconds ago was on or off is a critical part of finishing the missions successfully.
