This NEW VR Game is TIME CRISIS in VR! // New VR Light-Gun Game (Quest 3 PCVR)
2,556Aim Assault is an upcoming new VR game that wants to be the ultimate TIME CRISIS VR experience, you can even use guns that look like the classic blue and red GunCon controllers in game to blast away the badguys!! Aim Assault certainly isn't the first VR game to attempt the Time Crisis in VR approach, we have some excellent VR arcade shooters / VR light gun games like Dead Second and Under Cover but honestly I don't think you can ever have enough of these games, VR light gun experiences feel like such an obvious and perfect pairing that I'm shocked we haven't seen more of them. Honestly where is our House of the Dead VR?! Aim Assault is coming to PCVR via Steam later on in 2025 and it's looking to give players an addictive, replayable, arcade shooter experience with unlockable gun skins, challenging difficulty modes and customisation options to tailor the experience for each player (things like crosshair or no crosshair, one gun or two, instadeath and more...). My favourite thing about Aim Assault so far is the destructible environments, blowing up chunks of wall or smashing statues and objects within the levels looks and feels great when bullets start to fly, hopefully the devs can load the full game with plenty of levels and modifiers to keep this one engaging for a long time.
