In this Skul the Hero Slayer video, I'll be utilizing Rockstar with a Heritage+ strategy! Rockstar is one of the strongest burst skulls in the entire game, with the ability to output intense damage extremely quickly. Rockstar is mostly centered around his music mechanics, where he builds up his passive meter by playing music with his basic attack and skills, and when filled he summons his band which deals massive AoE damage with the Amps skill that Rockstar always has access to. This is genuinely one of the strongest abilities in the entire game, and with the right build is capable of taking out even the strongest bosses in mere seconds. Usually the ideal build here with Rockstar is, shocker, Crit Items, but today we'll be taking a roundabout approach, with Heritage+! Heritage is overall a fairly underwhelming inscription, with it's saving grace being Heritage is a 1 and 3 benchmark inscription, and Heritage 1 is useful, reducing quintessence cooldown, but Heritage 4 gives you minor damage amplification for 3 seconds on a 20 second cooldown, which is extremely unimpressive. However, Heritage+ breaks the mold in a major way, becoming a damage source in and of itself that deals higher damage the longer your quintessence cooldown is, and if you have a really high cooldown quintessence the damage is absolutely ridiculous. This is a hidden gem of an enhanced inscription that personally flew under my radar for awhile because I simply don't respect Heritage 3 and never carried it to the end game to enhance it, but once I heard it was potentially very powerful I tried it out, and never looked back. So, that's the goal for today, Rockstar and showing off to a crop of new people the ridiculous power of Heritage+!
