Briefing:
For many years, Dr Vincent Torres was a highly respected Skell Tech engineer who, alongside Jace Skell himself, helped developed the first successful autonomous drones for the idea that was World 2.0. Of course, this all fell through once Sentinel took over the playing field, but it hasn't stopped him from continuing his work with the best effort possible.

Dr Torres, according to his profile, had always been a man who kept to himself, avoided trouble and paid his taxes. Being a respected citizen his entire life, he wrote through a series of his personal blogs that conflict is a primitive neuro imbalance that should cease to exist in the brain of the modern era. Passion, compassion and altruism are the ways forward for a society in the future, a philosophy he tried his utmost to bring upon World 2.0's manifest.

So it must've taken something really horrific to make a man like that to snap and be imprisoned by Sentinel. For the most part it's just hearsay, some implying that all this time under the PMC's curfew and building weapons made him lose his mind, while others believe it was an act of a single Commander that finally made him lose his mind. Whatever the case, the Dr is an essential asset to the cause while his work, albeit extraordinary, should not be in the hands of Sentinel any longer.

Ghosts, your mission will be to rescue the engineer at Camp Fox then escort him to the closest Outcast safehouse. You will then head to the Omega R&D Centre and take out all the enemy soldiers inside, particularly the Commander. Once you're done, our tech teams will sweep the facility and extract and destroy all the Doctor's work until now.
