Organised crime is a growing problem in Auroa. Liberty City is a developing commercial and industrial metropolis that has allowed business within Skell Tech to flourish, so it was only a matter of time before illegal activities took hold.

The first to begin in extortion, racketeering and other fraudulent methods where members of the Sicilian Cosa Nostra family (specifically a family from Brooklyn), further expanded by the Russian Mafia and completed finally with Japan's Yakuza, each member taking a slice of Auroa's industry's pie. Of course, each of them had to share their cuts with the PMC who, after all, allowed their activities to thrive under their territory in the first place.

Command initially did not give priority to this growing problem since, after all, our primary concern was fighting Sentinel, the Wolves and defending and aiding the Outcasts. However the issue has grown to the point that civilian earnings are at stake and do not feel safe in the streets any longer. We feel now's the time to shift the balance, showing these mobsters that we're not afraid to keep them at bay.

Your AO will be the south east region of Liberty, from the Richard Cobden and Benjamin Franklin residences to the Liberty Transport Hub and Island District. Your priority will be to eliminate the heavy Sentinel presence, while the Outcasts will follow with the arrest and deportation of all the suspects we're aware of so far. By sending this message, we hope these mobsters will think twice before returning.
