I'll say it again. Whoever said Clownpiece of Touhou 15 was the hardest has probably never seen Orin before. What was a bad Stage 5 Boss on Normal, is now an even more horrible Stage 5 Boss on Hard. Clownpiece may have unfair tactics, but what makes Orin take the slice is simply because she's fair in a twisted way and very difficult. She uses dense attacks and lets her zombie fairies do the bulk of the work. All for Reimu's corpse. She knows how to weaken you enough so the sentient nuclear reactor in the next stage has an easier time nuking you out of existence.

Oh, and pretty much every other boss takes a step up in difficulty. Parsee is more jealous now, Yuugi might as well be able to knock me out in two steps instead of three, and Satori's...err, I mean Yukari's Boundary of Wave and Particle is even worse now.

It's a miracle I lasted against Utsuho. While fighting Orin, I thought I would've been food for Orin if not Okuu. While fighting Okuu, I thought it was clear that whatever remaining chances of survival I had were nuked. But then...I survived anyway. I cannot believe I used to be the same person who would look at bullet hell games back then and deem them as completely inaccessible, no chance in hell of ever lasting five seconds in one without using up all my credits and such.

But here I am. I beat Subterranean Animism on Hard. And yet I still cannot believe I did this and more than my entire channel's content. But I don't need this explanation to appreciate the Touhou Project. I just love it purely and simply. Maybe that's what motivated me to go this far, and I have no regrets in falling in love with it.

One more thing I noticed. The fun part is, the campaign to beating the game on Hard mirrors what I did to beat the same game on Normal: game over to Satori first (but as ReimuB this time), get killed by Utsuho's intersecting curved lines non-spell, practice Orin, proceed to beat the game.
