Description:
Maria the Automaton Handler and her partner, Iris the Machinariae, venture to an island in search of a wish-granting treasure. To get to the treasure, they'll have to prove their worth in five element-themed dungeons, find the Tower of Desire, and hopefully beat their rivals to the punch, but there's a mysterious person antagonizing anyone attempting the trials. Can this underdog duo really succeed with all these obstacles?

0:00 Undersea Passage
Yes, the tunnel to the base of the tower itself is a dungeon. Note that there's a small room on the right side of the entrance map. This is a teleport hub that activates for checkpoints when you beat bosses.
4:58 Destruction Shrine
If you get hit by a flame, you're sent back to the center, but any orbs you already activated stay activated.
8:16 Undersea Passage
Iris and Orchis state that they can see strings representing the broken bonds between handlers and automatons.
11:13 Boss: Robot Gauntlet
You have to face several robot enemies in a row, and they get stronger as they spawn in. I didn't realize at first, but they seem to be weak to Adamant Cut.
14:27 Tower of Desire
The next part of the dungeon requires you to activate switches and events for Orchis to proceed, allowing her to do the same for you.
23:47 Tenacity Shrine
You'll be assailed by projectiles as you traverse the narrow bridges.
24:35 Tower of Desire P2
At the boss room, the duo finds a pendant, only for an evil copy of Orchis to knock it out of their hands.
26:30 Boss: Fake Orchis
She's weak to fire and mostly focuses on sword attacks and metal attacks. She will also clone herself near the end of the fight. Strange that she doesn't use every element.
28:19 Mel & Orchis Retire
Orchis won against the fake Iris, but she's too damaged to continue climbing.
32:55 Island Town
Now would be a good time to spend the two Soul Crystals.
35:25 Tower of Desire P3
There are mirrors that summon fake Irises.
At a balcony, the party finds the grave belonging to the Gravekeeper's master. Something bad happened to her during her own journey through the tower, causing her to want to kill anyone who tries to pass the trials.
54:50 Boss: Gravekeeper
She has a lot of difficult attack patterns and when her HP is depleted, she gains a barrier that can only be broken by destroying the crystals.
57:51 Truth of the Tower
The Seer arrives and reveals that her father traveled alongside the Gravekeeper and her master, but he got wounded on the way up. The master wished for the Gravekeeper to gain the ability to move independently, but she went mad from the loneliness and from the realization that the tower fuels itself by absorbing the energy of those who die during the trials. Also, her name is Rosa.
1:07 Celestial Realm
Now there's only this weak dragon enemy. Every now and then, you'll have to refight a midboss from the elemental dungeons. After each one, you get a short scene of Rosa and her master, but her master dies in the last one.
1:14:44 Victor's Chamber
A voice tells Maria to make her wish, but Maria refuses and decides to instead reconcile with Mel on her own terms. The voice is not pleased.
1:21:35 Boss: Desire System
Hope you brought enough items for this.
The first form is a dragon. I'm not sure what it's weak to, but I found that Arbor Rage works pretty well.
The second form is a tentacle monster with an annoying barrier that only briefly goes down, but while it's down, there will still probably be damage hitboxes on the screen. However, the barrier doesn't work against Adamant Cut.
1:27:41 Ending
We hear the last words of Rosa's master.
On the boat, Maria and Mel continue to argue, and Orchis states that this is just their way of showing their friendship.
Somehow, Rosa is still alive and the Seer is healthier. Somehow, they got a happy ending despite how a wish wasn't made to restore their health.
1:35:54 Final Thoughts
TBH, this felt like the weakest of the three Gotcha Gotcha Games entries I tried so far.
