TRAUMA-CAUSING FAMILY BULLIES: Can You Solve The Toxic Puzzle?
Family bullies are difficult to understand sometimes because they don't always act like bullies.
At times, these toxic bullies may seem caring, fun to be around, and engaged within the family.
But as soon as something doesn't go their way, the game is over!
The individual may begin to pursue you legally, threaten your life, stalk you, humiliate you, talk to people from your past you don't like or get along with, and/or find some way to make your life difficult.
I wouldn't necessarily call these people high conflict. I would call them "cluster b."
And even though not all cluster b personalities behave this way, the instability and emotionality of the cluster b category may be at the core of a family bully.
***Join me Friday, LIVE, as I discuss the bind a toxic family bully can get you into.
