208Anger management isn't something high conflict people (especially in a toxic family) know how to use.
They tend to be hot-headed, selfish, and controlling.
They also use the silent treatment to control you and everything around them.
They want everything to go their way and they don't care what it takes.
But if you ask these high conflict people if they are angry, if they are trouble-makers, or if they are being unfair, they will say "no."
There is always an explanation for their toxic family behavior and they often feel entitled to be angry.
In this video, I discuss the person who tends to get wrapped up in arguments, confrontations, and other relational challenges because of HOW they approach situations and WHY they act like they do.
