2,411With a wave of the magic wand the adventurous red car now lands to a new world of challenges. Join Wheely in his new quest here in this puzzle game called Wheely 6: Fairytale! Along with his cute car girlfriend, Wheely goes on to a movie. But he was sucked into the fairy tale movie to help the princess. You must solve puzzles on each level and reach the red flag to complete them. Point and click onto the objects so you can activate various things. Don't forget to locate hidden items so you can achieve perfect 3 stars on that level!
Overview:
This is the sixth game in the Wheely series so why not start with a little date. Wheely and Jolie are out for a date because its movie night. Despite being able to choose from a couple of different movies, Jolie would only go in if they watch the fairytale love story one. Plus of course that is the first level of the game which is to get into the theater so that’s really easy. While in the theater, the wizard in the movie magically transports Wheely inside where he ends up in fairytale land. He mistakenly sees the princess as Jolie so he is out to save her.
Aesthetics:
Wheely 6: Fairytale much like the five previous games uses the same art style and visual presentation and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. The art style of Fairytale is hand drawn and uses that cartoony presentation. The setting of the game is your typical fairytale setting which is placed during the medieval times. Knights, dragons, bandits and castles are there but the characters are cars so that’s something to look forward to. The music itself doesn’t give a fairytale vibe but it sounds good and still suits the mood.
Gameplay:
Wheely 6: Fairytale is pretty much the same as the past five games. The players control not only Wheely but the environment as well. When pressing Wheely, he will move forward. Pressing him again will make him stop and you need to do this so that he won’t fall into a pit or get hit by an obstacle thus killing him as well. Each level is a puzzle based game where players have to reach the red flag at the end. In order to get to the red flag, the players have to watch out and solve the puzzle. The puzzle at times can be easy while in some cases it can be hard or confusion. That brings the spark of the game as it wouldn’t a breeze most of the time. There are also two things that the players can get which are a little Wheely and a wheel. Getting these two items is not required to finish the level as you simply need to reach the red flag. The way to find these items is to be really attentive of the surroundings. There are triggers that you can press to make the items appear or they are there brilliantly camouflaged in the background. You can always get these items after you finish the game as you can replay the levels when you’re done. Getting these items can add a challenge but again they aren’t required to do so. Plus if Wheely gets killed, you can simply restart the level or you can restart it yourself if ever you’re stuck in any of the levels. Try to challenge yourself and complete each level with 3 star ratings each. Once the players complete all the levels, Wheely and Jolie will do the cliché thing of being happily ever after.
