Let's say that Nosepass is your favorite pokemon and you have no clue how to find it. You were in Granite Cave and look everywhere but you just couldn't find it. This video will surely help you with that, here is everything you need to know. You can find Nosepass in Granite Cave (Route 106), northwest of Dewford Town, it has only 1 enterence. To find Nosepass you need to go to 2nd basement floor, you will also need HM06 (Rock Smash) because Nosepass if found under rugged rocks, it's not bad idea to have HM05 (Flash) also because it's dark in the cave, although Flash in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald isn't good as in 1st or 2nd generation of pokemon games it's still helpful. Unfortunately you can't evolve Nosepass in Pokemon R / S / E because Probopass is introduced in gen 4. Nosepass has a highest possible catch rate of 255 so it won't be any problem to catch it.
