The human war effort against the extraterrestrial menace continues to succeed. However, the margin for error seems to narrow ever so slimmer. The governments of the world have been calmed by the results provided by the Xenonauts, despite the organization being unconfident in either a protracted conflict with the aliens or a full scale war. Only a few more days until they can unveil a new airframe that the scientists have called a game changer, but that remains to be seen until it proves itself in service. A platform such as this ought to go to a testing facility that has an actual proving ground, however times being such as they are, it must be brought into combat. The ground campaign will be for naught unless we can bring them down to our level. The aliens are prepared to step up their assault on the Earth.

The high command has decided to step back from punishing its subordinates, although the menial Sebillians take this as a stain on their honor. It is true in a way because the chain of command has decided that the losses that were being suffered by the Human resistance is due more in part to the capabilities of the humans' genes, and those genes may be more valuable than the resources of Earth alone. The high command no longer sneers at the humans, but now has much worse intentions for the species. They have decided to farm them for their value as gene stalk for the high command and their client creatures. The Caesans react positively, in fact, it is with some relief that the high command no longer views their offensive as a fault of their people. The Sebillians gnash at the prospect of culling the Earth of the homo sapiens no longer being in view. The high command has an ecstatic outlook on the wise men of Earth being a rare and unexpected find in this dark galaxy. Now for some clerical notes.

Darn, I rewatched this video and noticed that I could have knocked a UFO out of the sky. Oh well, we have some cushion in our regional funding for the affected area of coverage. I have never experienced Caesan psionics, so this is a fun episode. As you can imagine, I am extremely happy that I have interceptors now. I want to have a ground vehicle for each base, and body armor for at least all the deployed troops. However, that seems a bit cost prohibitive at the moment. Now for mods and links. This was a fun episode, the difficulty level has certainly ramped up on us.
