As the Caesan reorganize their invasion doctrine the Sebillians have gladly taken the lead within the empire. They have begun to take on the Caesan scouting roles while maintaining their own regimen. They have been inflicted with heavy losses, however, unlike sensible peoples from the human perspective they consider their attrition rate a sign of loyalty that will be rewarded by the high command. The Caesan continue to have their rights and privileges revoked and must not maintain eye contact with Sebillians as charged by imperial decree. As you can imagine this is a bit harder to do as a Caesan. If a Sebillian feels as though that a Caesan has disobeyed this order they may publicly flog the offending party, as you can imagine, this is a bit easier to do as a Sebillian. Humans have continued to succeed in the face of adversity.

The Xenonauts have begun to expand their research wing and have employed the greatest minds mankind has to offer. However, there are many things that need to be researched before we can achieve parity much less superiority over these invasive species. Some of the scientists believe that it is only a matter of time before we will be able to start paying them back in kind. However, the chain of command remains skeptical. The Xenonauts continue to provide scientists with useful material to study. While the engineering wing is currently a skeleton crew. The coalition of nations have continued to find success, however, there are many nations of the world that aren't under the aegis of protection from the Xenonauts. I have some clerical notes to provide aside from the current state of the organization.
