The Xenonauts were only pecking away at a craft and it turned out that they had caused more damage to the city than the aliens themselves, but that does not have to be advertised to the Swiss government. The civilian that was saved was shellshocked beyond being able to tell a more accurate tale. The Xenonauts have not lost their edge, but figure that it must portend how advanced the ship is in terms of being operable by one pilot. The chain of command has noticed that there is not a unified ground warfare doctrine shared between these two extraterrestrial forces. Perhaps this is some sort of confederation of alien peoples or worse this may be a kind of colonial 'African Scramble' for Earth colonies. The Caesans have been criticized by the Sebillians in the past, but now they must answer to the high command.

The Caesan access to restricted technology has been revoked effective immediately, however, research projects with Caesan researchers will continue to operate. The high command has tasked the Caesan parliament to develop space marines to extract humans to study and defend the ships from seizure. The fact that a ship landed intact and was seized by Earth forces with a crew of one is vexing to the high command. The humans surely will not be able to adapt the technology, sure-they are simply not sophisticated enough to understand the higher concepts. However, to lose an interstellar ship is a reprehensible material loss even for the empire. The Caesans with some amount of resentment have decided to develop a ground assault team to pay back the Humans in kind. We will continue the daily Xenonaut/ Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon releases at noon.
