2019 WORKOUT - Sholders Of Steel (heavy exercises)
Today i post a video of a heavier shoulder workout. Many of these exercises allow for the use of heavier weights, but the corrective/injury prevention is still there since i hurt my rotator cuff once. Didn't record any voiceover today, so i added some music that accidentally was the same lenght as the workout footage. Not sure why i do the bench press so slow.
