Weighted dips are great for triceps/chest development and will carry over to strength gains on the bench press. Those who can't perform dips at their own bodyweight can work towards that goal by doing weight assisted dips or by doing negatives. In this video, Barry from Exceed Your Goals Fitness challenges himself with 55 pound weighted dips at a bodyweight of 155 pounds.
