One of My Favorite Core Exercises

I got the idea for this exercise from the folks at Team Grenade. This core exercise, performed with a barbell on the decline bench, is great for bringing the abs and core to total failure without having to grind out huge numbers of reps. Be sure to keep the core tight and prevent the back from rounding during the movement.
