In this video, I describe my recent self-experimentation with nutrition to enhance my fitness results and physical health. I describe the cutting diet I used to shed 75 pounds in 4 months, as well as the reverse diet I used to repair my metabolism afterward along with the lean bulking strategies I employ right now to achieve incremental gains of fat-free lean muscle.
