3 sets weighted dips
4 sets bent over barbell rows
3 sets 2-arm dumbbell overhead triceps extension
4 sets dumbbell pullovers
3 sets smith machine close grip bench press
4 sets hammer strength row, close grip
3 sets 1-arm triceps pushdowns
1 triple drop set, triceps pushdown
