Another childhood favourite of mine! I spent a lot of time playing Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 when I was younger. In my last video, one of the comments mentioned the possibility of doing a Kingdom Hearts arrangement and it really got me wondering why I haven't created one yet, considering how much I love the series!

Nevertheless, my series of Kingdom Hearts arrangements begins with Lazy Afternoons! I spent a while deciding between this and Traverse Town - another piece I think would be interesting to create an arrangement of. But, I sort of wanted to slow things down this time and try and replicate the peaceful yet bittersweet ambience created by Yoko Shimomura's composition. That involved thinking back to exploring Twilight Town years ago and enjoying all of its quirks like that skateboard mini-game.

The second part of the arrangement aimed to bring out some more of the quirky nature of the beginning of KH2. I thought about transitioning this arrangement into 'The Afternoon Streets,' since it would make a lot of sense, but I think I'll leave that for a separate arrangement.
