0MISSION 2 - GUNFIGHTER!
In this mission, we'll be up against a different CO named Grit. He is an expert in indirect combat and has a larger firing range than normal. His range gets even longer when he uses his CO Power, 'Snipe Attack'.
So we'll need to take out his indirect units as painlessly as possible. So we'll need recons to quickly sweep their way to the artillery and rockets. Unfortunately, any recon that you use to take them out will pretty much get crushed in the following turn. In order to take out the Md. Tank, you'll have to create a defensive wall near the bridge and position your artillery accordingly.
Normally Grit will use his CO power on Day 5. I played this level so many times and everything went normally except when I was recording, lol. It was as if the game's AI knows its being observed, so it acts differently. That's some quantum theory shit. Anyway in this playthrough, Grit did not use his power on Day 5, so it really threw me off.
In order to get the 'S Rank' in this mission, you have to beat in ten days. The delays here cost me about two days, so I ended up with only a 'A Rank', but I think you get the gist of how to do this mission here.
