Have you asked yourself what's Amazon's policy for Amazon reviews where you've been given a product for free in exchange for an Amazon review?
The simple answer is that doing reviews on Amazon for products that you've been given for free in exchange for an Amazon review, is against Amazon's review policy and terms and conditions for doing Amazon product reviews.
More so. You have to be very careful when an Amazon re-seller asks you to pay for their product up front, order it from Amazon and then they will reimburse you with a PayPal payment after you've done the review.
You don't know these people and have no guarantee that they'll refund the cost of the product via PayPal. Plus, they've probably made contact outside of Amazon, which means you have no protection what so ever if anything goes wrong.
Once you have paid for the product they may then insist that you have to put the review live before you receive your reimbursement via PayPal.
They may also change the goal posts and insist that you have to give a 5 star Amazon review and write a totally positive or biased favourable review, or say such things if it's an Amazon product video review. Basically a fake Amazon review.
In any event, the whole thing is dishonest and doesn't help any genuine potential buyers of these products, as the reviews are based on lies and do not reflect the true use or description of the product. The fake Amazon reviews are basically crooked and if you make such fake Amazon product reviews you are just as culpable as those dishonest companies and Amazon re-sellers that ask you to do it.
Plus. Have you ever questioned what will happen to you and your Amazon account if Amazon decide to take action against you for writing fake Amazon product reviews? If you're an Amazon Prime member and use Amazon for most of your online purchasing, do you really want to risk your Amazon Prime account and all of its associated benefits?
What if you're an Amazon Associate or part of the Amazon Influencer Program, are you prepared to see how making fake Amazon product reviews could effect your Amazon Affiliate income your Amazon Influencer income?
The simple answer is, don't do it.
