AN EASY AND HELPFUL PASSWORD
711In Mega Man 3 for the NES, there's a super simple and helpful password you can input at the beginning of the game that allows you to start with 9 E Tanks!
On the password screen, place a single red dot on the A6 coordinate, then choose END. You will start the game with none of the bosses defeated. but Mega Man will have nine E Tanks! This gives you some easy assistance without actually turning on any cheats.
It seems like you can also start the game with 9 E-Tanks by placing a BLUE dot on the A6 coordinate. Works with either color!
