[Armored Core 6] Ambushing V.VII Swinburne in one combo
Mission : Eliminate V.VII Swinburne
Swinburne starts out by facing away from us, allowing us to get close and make full use of his unaware state. When damaged, he would fully turn around before taking any action, buying us enough time for lengthier setups.
Occasionally he would turn around unprompted, but is less likely to do so if he is in the middle of his monologue. So it's safest to wait for that.
00:00 - Full mission demo
01:02 - KRSV + Coquillette + 2xLCD
==========
The mission run is to show test if the setup is mission viable or just checkpoint viable.
Fully charged KRSV can almost overload its ACS, so I bring along Coquillette to pass that threshold. 2 charged LCD laser cannons is enough to finish the rest.
Arm parts changed to anything that can hold a KRSV and another something. I just happen to pick Melander.
01:45 - 2xMorley + Ashmead
==========
2 Morleys to break stability without much pushback, pile bunker to finish. When timed properly he would at worst raise his shield but not turned around enough to block the pile bunker.
02:08 - Double Trouble + 2xStun Needle Launcher
==========
Charged chainsaw can overload its ACS, assuming all hits connect. 2 Stun Needles and an electrified proc later and we're off to the next setup.
02:35 - 2xFasan + HMMR
==========
2 charged Fasan plasma cannons will overload ACS but only after a small delay and a push back. We can use that time to quick boost forward and swing the HMMR.
A tetrapod will probably have an easier time with this, but I didn't think of it then.
03:00 - Some nonsense
==========
For context, upon aggreeing to let Swinburne go, he will be downed to the slightest of breeze. So I left him a shield for his "safety".
I have seen him flying through it unscathed, so I don't know if he needs to run into the centre of the shield or if the shield needs to pop as he is going through it. My guess is the latter.
Recorded on a PS4, patch 1.06.01.
Equipments to note:
+VE-20C generator (128 energy weapon specialisation + high EN output).
+BASHO arm (158 melee attack specialisation).
Other parts are interchangeable, I simply pick parts that minimise the need to swap around when changing setups.
My personal rules are:
+ Not exceeding load limit.
+ Aim for true combo setups.
+ Aim for variety than just max damage setups.
Future patches will probably change stuff. Very likely will not do a follow up when it does.
